The following are the Terms and Conditions to be followed by the Trainees of GDADI
1. Trainees should compulsorily attend all the classes without fail.
2. The Timings will be strictly followed and the trainees who are not present at the scheduled time will be treated as absent for the day and will not be included in the training for that day.
3. The Trainees, in case of unavoidable circumstances/reasons, wants to take leave or if they are unable to attend the classes, the same should inform the previous day at the office only.
4. Payment of Full fees should be made before the time of admission.
5. In case the Trainee discontinues the training, they must inform the office within 7 days from his last attendance.
If no information is received for 7 days it will be assumed that the trainee have abandoned from the training and the institute will remove their
name from the roll after 7 days of such abandonment , if they wishes to join again it will be taken as a new entry with payment of Full fees.
6. Fees will not be refunded after 7 days, and if the claim made for a refund before 7 days and
if the training is not commended the application fee and taxes must be deducted from the
amount of the fee.
7. If any damage is caused to the vehicle while learning, the trainees will be charged on actuals
(If the expenses exceeds Rs. 500/-) while leaving from the course.
8. The trainees will be given additional hours or days on request of the present students, with
the additional payment of Rs. 1000 /-. The same has to be intimated at least 3 days in
advance to the office.
9. Course completed students should have to appear for the license test within 35 days or 40 days
from the learner license (LLR) date or else they have to take the license at their own risk.
After 40 days the institute will not provide the vehicle and instructor for this purpose.
I have read all the above terms and conditions and I hereby agree and will abide by the same. It's also an agreement of disclosure that I am not physically disabled.
